Bauxite is the raw ore for Aluminum that can be mined from Bauxide nodes. It is combined with Silica in a Foundry to smelt Aluminum Ingots.

Obtaining[edit | edit source]

It can be harvested by hand or by placing a miner on a resource node.

There are currently 13 Bauxite Resource nodes in-game; 3 impure, 5 normal, and 5 pure.[1] This means the upper limit of harvest rate is 9900 Bauxite/min (Mk.3 miners, 250% overclock, Mk.6 belt).[2]

Total Bauxite Nodes
TypeNumberRate Mk.3Rate Mk.3 at 250 %
Impure 3 360 900
Normal 5 1200 3000
Pure 5 2400 6000
Total 13 3960 7800* / 9900

*Note: The maximum rate with a Miner Mk.3 at 250 % is 1200/min, whereas a Belt Mk.5 can only carry 780/min, so the maximum mined number is not possible to transport.
